A south east Northumberland radio station has given a ‘big shout out’ to all of its presenters, who have set-up their own mini-stations.

They are working from home to keep Koast Radio listeners entertained and up-to-date with all of the latest information in the community. The not-for-profit station is run by a team of volunteers.

A Koast Radio spokesman said: “We still have some lone volunteers presenting in studio, and pre-recorded shows too.

“Hope everyone is keeping safe and staying home.
